    Hello,

When mouse passes over a button a tooltip is displayed.
Consider adding the corresponding phone number value, when an extension is already selected (this feature would be almost mandatory if several external numbers where to be associated with an extension button.

    Hello,

Currently an extension button can be defined with one external phone number which in turn is associated with mobile handset icon.
Please, consider, adding one or two more buttons, each matching with external2 or external3 supplementary settings.

    Regards

    I'll second this request.

Maybe it could be possible to implement it this:

    • two url1 and url2 fields (instead of a single one)
    • define some syntax letting admins to
    • specify how the url is to be rendered (as with HTML's <a> anchor tag)
    • use URI templates on which runtime values are dynamically applied (ie callerid, calleeid, ...)

Yes but what about usability ?
Is it natural and easy to finger-type a phone number in Dial field and then forward current call to it, for example ?

In extension buttons, please consider adding a url field similar to the email field.

Adding this field to an extension button would add a new "Navigate to url" entry in Action submenu (the one that appears when clicking on the presence button) that would let the operator navigate to the defined web page.

Currently, its possible to have a customized screen poping when ringing or connecting but not later, for instance, after the operator has decided to navigate to a web page tied to an extension.

    Thanks
