    alex started the conversation call pickup.

    is it possible to customice the behavior of call pickup button ?

    i use a dialplan extension (*30) and app_pickup to pickup a call. and want to use the button to activate it.

    thanks to all who where thinking about my problem, i found it myself.

    i used the extension instead of the queuname when i defined the buttons, so the queues which i added to the panel did not exists at all.

    it would be great if it is possible to group extensions, and show/hide them like the extension/queues/trunks/conferences.

    alex started the conversation queue buttons not working like expected.

    is there any special configuration option to enable the view of agents for the queue buttons like shown in the documentation ( http://www.fop2.com/documentation-usermanual-6.php ) ?

    i only see the queue name, if i click it, every extension expect the one which is logged in disapears.
