I have an end user with 4 separate extensions on his phone. How can the user login and control multiple extensions?

You can monitor multiple extensions, but controlling them might be problematic, as you will use the main extension for doing actions. Go to "fop2 buttons" and find the channel field, you can put there separate channels, like SIP/whatever&SIP/somethingelse&SIP/1234
