Help-Can't Login

  1. 10 years ago

    Here are my specs:

    PBXIAF Version 2.0.6.5
    Freepbx Version 2.10.1.16
    Asterisk 1.8.25.0
    Centos 6.5

I followed the install instructions, can test the connection and it passes.
Added users using the FOP2 Admin module
Ran command /usr/local/fop2/autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh and verified extension and password
Attempt to login to the panel using proper extension and password and it simply keeps asking for username and password.

If I comment out the #exec line in fop2.conf file and add the extension and password manually then restart fop2 I can then login, but get a panel with no buttons?

I simply cant figure out why it is not working. Trying to evaluate on a virtual machine for a client but cant get it to work properly. Thanks in advance for your help

If you are prompted for extension and password again, then you are entering incorrect credentials. There is not much more to check. I cannot tell you what to test as it seems you already verified the output from autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh and entered the correct extension and secret that you see on screen. In that case, you *must* be able to login, there is not much else to check. You can try to catch us on the live help to see if we can remote into your box to review your config. From what you say, everything seems ok, but there is obviously something amiss.

    best regards,

  3. I figured it out, I got ahead of myself and commented out the #exec command at the end of the fop2.conf file while trying to get it to work.

Once I set this back and created the user with the module it all works.

    Thanks for your help :)

  4. P.S. Bought the product key the other day and the client is very happy with the product, so is the receptionist.

Thanks for the hard work and the great product :D
