Visual phonebook in Asterisk database?

    I see from your README file in fop2 2.23 that the VisualPhonebook table is being moved from a separate fop2 database into the asterisk database.

    How do I set this up? The installation instructions (and the script in mysql.db) both use the fop2 database. Do I set it up there, and then migrate as per the README? Surely it would be better to set ip up directly in the asterisk database?

    If you are upgrading, the phonebook application will do the migration for you with no intervention from your part. Just run "make" and then load the phonebook from your web browser.

    If its a new install, it will also use the asterisk database by default.
