how to change voicemail file .wav to .WAV, FOP2.2

    hello,

    need help, how to change format from .wav to .WAV when play voicemail on fop2.2, because our system use wav49. and format voicemail file on /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/ is .WAV

    i try to change on fop.cfg monitor_format=WAV but still doesn't work.

    log from web server still same :
    download.php?file=8b821bcea48955973a3abdec12398f4d!/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/801/INBOX/msg0000.wav

    Hello,

    You can change the voicemail format and a bunch of other prefenreces in /var/www/html/fop2/js/presence.js

    Hello,
    This fixed the download problem, but I still can't play the voicemail directly from FOP2 if the format is wav49. Regular wavs play properly.
    Is there a way to fix this?

    No, there is no way. You have to download and play with a desktop player.
