How can I use my licensed FOP2 with another PC?

The license is tied to hardware. You have to email us regarding that matter as your current fop2.lic file will not work on another machine.

Is it tied to MAC address?

among other things, just cloning the MAC will not work.

I am not going to clone it =)
So if i reinstall the system and restore fop2.lic it will work?

It will probably fail, in any case, just contact me via live help, pm or email to reactivate your license in the new server.
