I already had installed manually FOP2 I noticed that there is now a new EPX mudule so I downloaded it and when to my FREEPBX module admin and uploaded 2.11 as soon as I did. Anything I click on I get

Not sure what your problem is, if you want to wipe out the fop2admin module, you can remove the directory /var/www/html/admin/modules/fop2admin
However, I am not sure that the xml error you see comes from fop2admin itself

all I did is upload it thru the module admin now my server is broken. As soon as I removed it FreePBX worked again. Can you tell me what is wrong please. I would like to upgrade to the latest version of FOP2
fop2 does not require the fop2admin freepbx module. Perhaps your download failed or you uploaded an incorrect file to the module section. Download it again and try.. but fop2 IS NOT THE SAME as fop2admin. You can have the latest fop2 without installing the module.

It does not matter if you had already installed fop2. I think you still think that fop2 and fop2admin are the same product, but they are not. The later complements fop2 under freepbx, but it is not mandatory to install. And its release cycle is different from fop2.
The freepbx module is just a module to configure fop2 preferences, but it will not install fop2 itself.
To update fop2, download the fop2 tarball, untar and run make install. This procedure is totally separate from the module installation.

You might want to recheck you module it crashed FreePBX again. Adnas soon as I manually remove it FreePBX works again
