i've got fop2 for a call-center and i would like to transfer a call to a person in phone book.
i can transfer to extensions groupe queue ... bot not in phone book.

when you are on a call, click on the Dial Input box at the top and start typing the entry on the phonebook, when found hit enter to perform the transfer
(if you are busy, selecting the dial box will transfer, if you are free it will originate a new call).
