My customer searches from the Dial box, gets a drop down list and selects the contact to dial. It does dial the correct contact, however, FOP2 tells her that she is dialing the first contact in the drop down list. What can be done to correct this?

In the drop down use the arrow keys to select the contact you want and hit enter. It will dial that number and you will see the number in the textbox (while the list will dissapear).
