Conferences missing functionality

    I've installed Fop2 on an Asterisk 11 server and am experiencing issues with Conferences.

    I've setup a conference button in Fop2 and it shows up, but users joining that conference are not showing up in the conference button in Fop2. I am able to lock/unlock the conference via Fop2 and I am able to verify it's working as I can see the conference locking/unlocking in Asterisk CLI. But the users aren't showing up.

    I'm also missing functionality like kicking users etc, but I guess that's due to the users not showing up? I've set up a simple static/predefined confbridge conference in my dialplan, so no dynamic conference.

    I'm using vanilla Asterisk 11, so no FreePBX. Does this functionality perhaps require FreePBX?

    Hi,

    No, it does not require FreePBX. Try setting all for read/write in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf fop2 user and try again. You are probably lacking permissions for getting the appropiate events.

    Ah, yes...I had checked the permissions in fop2.cfg, but forgot about the manager.conf!
