The version number is 2.26 (sorry). They are dialing the page feature code of 2600 in the freepbx system. there are approximately 15 phones in the group.
Fop2 is installed version 1.2.13 on a Freepbx system version 2.210.62.6. About a month ago when they do a page, the call goes through and the FOP shows the call, BUT the FOP does not show the paging call releasing. Only logging out and back in to FOP will it show the proper status of the phones. Any ideas what could be happening? 2nd question, since this customer has already purchased the license for FOP will this license work on the newer version of FOP if I install it?
Thanks
Is there a log file to check for errors? I have an installation that local PCs cannot connect to the system. When I am there I can use my laptop to connect. I can even use the Chrome extension offsite.
Thanks
I have FOP2 Version 2.26 installed on a Freepbx Distro version 2.11. It appears all is working except some of the presence. The presence works for a phone that is in use, unplugged. But the button is Yellow when the phone is idle. The system is set for Extensions and not users/devices. We have a customer that purchased the unlimited license and this isn't working. What can I do to get this working?
Thanks
I have two questions:
1. We are demonstrating a Freepbx system that will be set in the Devices & Users mode. Will FOP2 work in that mode??
2. We might have to have the phone system on one network and the FOP2 users on another. Will this work if we have port forwarding on port 4445 ?
Thanks!
HI,
I have it installed on Freepbx v2.10. I looked in /usr/local/fop2 but no script like you mention where is it? I admit I have not found it in the online manual yet. On the other issueI have tried to connect two ways 208.90.xxx.xxx:4445/fop2 and 208.90.xxx.xxx/fop2 with no cnnection What am I doing wrong
Thanks
I am a new user of FOP2 with Freepbx 2.10. I have couple of questions
1. How can I connect to the FOP2 from an external network? We have two different networks at my office, if I have my pc connected to the phone network it works great. But that network has a slow internet conncetion. I would like to use my faster internet connection but still be able to use FOP2. I have did port forwarding port 5038 TCP/UDP without joy.
2. How can I "Park" a call? I have a button for the park locations and it shows a call parked. If I understand this correctly I should click on the park button and then the Dial button while I am on a call to park it. When I do that nothing happens.
Thanks
I have a salesman out selling our stuff and he needs to use FOP2 outside our network. I have tried to enter the WAN IP/fop2 but that doesn't work. I get a time out screen. I thought i read somewhere that we needed to forward a port to the server but can't find that again. Can someone help me out here??
Thanks
