    [SOLUTION]

    this script use a tmp folder with permisions to exec by default /tmp
    in my case, I have CPANEL, and by default does not stop running scripts in the / tmp

    then...

    it is necessary to create a tmp directory..

    # mkdir /usr/local/fop2/tmp

    and set a new tmp folder

    # export PAR_GLOBAL_TMPDIR=/usr/local/fop2/tmp

    edit a init script
    # nano /etc/init.d/fop2

    case "$1" in
      start)
            echo -n "Starting Flash Operator Panel 2: "

            # Here set a new tmp folder
            export PAR_GLOBAL_TMPDIR=/usr/local/fop2/tmp

            daemon $DAEMON $OPTIONS
            RETVAL=$?
            echo
            [ $RETVAL -eq 0 ] && touch /var/lock/subsys/fop2_server
            ;;
    stop)

    and now,

    root@hosting [/usr/local/fop2]# ./fop2_server -X 3

    ** MANAGER CONNECTION Connecting to localhost:5038 (Server 0)
