    Hello.
    I ran the server with the -X 3 options and attach the last few entries.
    I receive error in callback (ignoring): Can't call method "getMembers" on an undefined value at script/fop2_server.pl line 10151.
    How I can fix it. Thank you.

    Hello.
    I have FOP2 version 2.31 and FreeSWITCH Version 1.6.10. FOP2 was configured according to instructions http://members.asternic.biz/knowledge_base/howto-how-to-configure-fop2-to-work-with-freeswitch but all extension buttons in the Buttons tab stay green all time.
    I tested the configuration and ESL connection with the command "/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test" and received answer "Connection to event socket OK!"
    In fop2_debug.log I sow that fop2 sent events after actions, but fop2 not received any events (registration, incoming call etc.)
    How I can fix it. Thank you.

    Kate started the conversation Voicemail count.

    We use FOP2 version 2.28 (free) and Asterisk 1.6.2. We have some problems with displaying count voicemail on the web. When hovering over the voicemail icon I always see the same number of voicemails even though I have already erased them from our web-application. The count only gets updated if I restart fop2.
    In the fop2.conf I set options:
    poll_voicemail=1
    poll_interval=120
    and restart fop2. Then I deleted 1 voicemail message from web-application, but after 120 sec the number of messages displayed in the web interface remains unchanged.

    Kate started the conversation Chang status of queue members on web.

    We use FOP2 version 2.26 and Asterisk 1.8.11. We have some problems with displaying status of queue members on the web. I change status one of queue members on paused in web. In CLI I can see that command was accepted, and status was changed.

    pbx2k*CLI> queue show
    pbx2k_general_queue has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (0s holdtime, 0s talktime), W:0, C:0, A:0, SL:0.0% within 0s
       Members:
          3011-pbx2k (Local/03011@default/n) (dynamic) (paused) (Unknown) has taken no calls yet
       No Callers

    But this is not displaying on web. Queue member status on web is unpaused. Status on web will be changing on paused after refresh.
