Is there a way a custom script (bash,perl etc.) to be executed when for instance a add or remove agent is performed from the fop2 interface?
That would be a great feature!

Lool at the FOP2Callbacks.pm file, it is used for just that. But it is not very well documented.. it can intercept fop2 precense changes and you can insert the perl code you want there.
