Agent Status Of a Queue - on CallOut

    the problem is that when any of agent who are member of a queue, dial out, their line will drop in busy status, all the things are okey, but in FOP2 panel, the icon of her will not change to busy@Queue buttons, where she is member of!

    The queue member is never reported as busy in the AMI, so fop2 will not catch that state. Most of the time, the queue also missed its busy state and it will deliver calls to the agent anyways, but the calls will fail because it returns busy. Best regards,
