Can anyone give me the steps to uninstall FOP2 and restore the original FOP in FreePBX/PiaF?
I tried reversing the steps to backout the installation, but I have not been successful and I can't get the original FOP included in the distro working again.

There is no actual steps to uninstall. If you want to live the original FOP as it was and if you changed FOP port, edit /var/www/html/panel/op_server.cfg and set the listen_port back to 4445.
Then stop fop2 and remove its init command, run the commands:
service fop2 stop
chkconfig --del fop2
That will stop frop2 and prevent it from starting at boot.
