Call History not showing on FOP2 - SOLVED

    I am running version 2.31.05 of FOP2 and version 1.0.5 of Call History Plugin. I have installed, reinstalled the plugin, disabled Globally Enabled and enabled per user, disabled per user and enabled Globally and Call history does not show up anyway.
    Anything else I could try?

    Did you restart FOP2?

    service fop2 restart

  3. Yes. I have restarted FOP2 using the command you specified and also restarted the FreePBX CentOS Several times and still Call History plugin is not showing up.

    I am lacking information, so I will give you my guess:

    your fop2.cfg file is outdated. You are not using #exec autoconfig-users.sh in that file, and so, whatever you configure for plugins won't ever be available on FOP2 configuration.

    Now, that is just a guess, based on experience from other people having plugin issues.

  5. Thanks for the help admin. The solution was to allow call history in Permissions. Plugin can be enabled Globally or Individually.
