The FOP2 Manager does not have a way to change some field to all buttons. The Mass Update could be extended, but requires a csv file to be uploaded anyways. So for now you should do it one by one or updating mysql directly (the fop2buttons table).

I will probably add a global form to set fields for all buttons or something similar, not sure how to implement it.
