We see interest in definable keyboard shortcuts for the action button on top together with the existing
dial input box. On large exchanges operators like to use +,-,= and so on to transfer, pickup and hangup instead
of using the mouse. Keyboard shortcuts can be handled very efficiently.
Any chance of implementing this in near future?

Do you have any detailed shortcut map for actions? Providing you have focus on the dialbox, you can transfer just by typing the destination number and hitting ENTER. But you have to give focus to the dial box... Maybe if you can say exactly what kind of keyboard shortcuts you need and what action to perform ... kind of a shortcut dictionary.
For example:
+ = transfer (how should that work? when do you enter the destination extension? or you think you can point on the destination extension and clicking + will perform the actual transfer action?)
