"One moment please - loading" errors after a few weeks.
After different versions of FOP2 on Elastix we keep coming back after some weeks to a server hang and connection issues.

SYSTEM INFO:
elastix 2.5.0 1
freePBX 2.11.0 23

pgrep fop2 returns nothing

[root@elastix /]# netstat -nlp |grep 445
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:4445 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 29762/perl

[root@elastix /]# service fop2 status
fop2_server dead but subsys locked

[root@elastix /]# service fop2 restart
Shutting down Flash Operator Panel 2: [FAILED]
grep: /var/www/html/panel/op_server.cfg: No such file or directory
Starting Flash Operator Panel 2: [ OK ]

But still not working!
Any clues why we might be getting this ongoing issue!
