Queue Pause and Penalty setting

    We have been using the Pause states and Queue penalties in FOP2 quite extensively. Call centre supervisors were able to set the pause state for there agents as well as the penalty on each queue. However since we moved FOP2 to a new server this has stopped working. It seems that no matter which permissions I give to supervisor logins when they right click on agents they do not get the list of pause states to select or the list of penalties to select.

    You must edit /var/www/html/fop2/js/presence.js and uncomment the relevant sections to enable queue pauses and penalties. They are not enabled in a default installation.
