i can't pickup calls i see into queues....is there someone who can descrive me how to?

hi to all. I've the same problem with queue. I'd need to select and pickup a call from a queue where are waiting some callers. Whit the first version of the FOP this was possible with a simple drag and drop. Any idea to help me? Thanks very much to all.
