i have a conference where fop2 shows a user connected
if i go to the device and call the conference again and disconnect it is still there
also when i call the conference and kick the user the phone disconnect but the fop2 still show the call connected
refreshing the page will not solve this
What asterisk version? What kind of conference (meetme vs confbridge)? You must have the user permission enabled in manager.conf, in doubt create a user like the one described here specifically for fop2, as missing events will lead to problems like the one you describe:

i use freepbx where i create a conference (i beleve this is meetme)
i use the fop2 for more than a year now and this is the firs time i see this
since i made a change to /var/www/html/fop2/js/presence.js it is gone
i think this will reload some parts
