Queue auto refersh issue

    Hi,

    We are facing a strange issue on FOP2 portal, the problem summary as below

    Customer is running 4 Queues in the Server and we are facing the problem on only one queue. If someone call that particular queue the fop2 shows the call activity which is obvious but it doesn’t reflect when the caller or called party disconnect the call . It’s showing like the call is still going on and refreshing only when the next call comes to that particular queue.

    FOP2 working fine for other 3 queues.

    Server details:

    PBX in a Flash

    FreePBX Version = 2.8.1.4
    Asterisk Version = 1.8.9.1

    FOP admin module = 1.2.9
    FOP2 = 2.24

    Please help me to resolve this issue.

    How is that queue named? What do you see as "activity" in that queue button? The only real active thing that happens is for waiting calls and their wait timer, are you talking about that or something else?
